Pending Review Seperate Notification Log from the ShoutBox

I always wanted a seperate notification log to be seperated from the chat, since the day it appeared in here out of nowhere.

And by notification log, I mean like the one that lists all the "Xx_PusssySlayer4667 replied/posted (to/a new) thread blah blahblah" annoucements!
