I see a lot of people talking about making a resource pack for ProjectKorra but is anyone actually making one? I cannot make one but I was wondering if anyone has made one. I really need one. If I just missed a thread about it please let me know. I really need one.

Heya! I'm currently working on KorraPack, the official Project Korra resource pack. I'm doing what I can to get it out as soon as possible, however making any resource pack from scratch is a fairly massive undertaking. I have been looking for people to help me out, but this will take quite some time. Just hang on in there, and you'll have your TLA/LOK based world to bend in soon C:
