When the attention of that wiki the staff will shift into making new pages and editing old ones?

The wiki is still there. It never left. There is just no shortcuts to it at the moment and the home page isn't there since it got destroyed by spammer bots.

That said, you can still access a lot of stuff on there. Here are some links!

As I said in my previous post, there aren't any links from the forums to the wiki right now since it got destroyed. I just know the wiki is at projectkorra.com/wiki

Well I wasn't referring to the previous wiki. The Updated one is kinda unactive, since no recent changes in it were done to my observation. My question still stands as to when will someone continue further adding new pages and changing existing ones.

What group is going to work on the wiki now? Is it everyone, or is it forum moderators? Since it was digital teams responsibility.
