Prevent Bending in 1 World Only ?

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way to prevent bending in 1 of my 2 worlds , I was using 1 as regular survival with shops and the other for bending and pvp etc.
I know I can block them using commands on another map , but if they already have the abilities in place is there a way to prevent them bending ?
Any info or ideas greatly appreciated.

In the configuration their should be [disabled worlds: test1, test2]
or something aong those lines. Change it to your world name that you want it disabled in
