Bug Report PhaseChange crashes

Hello ProjectKorra team,

Recently, PhaseChange has been causing massive issues including lag, which eventually leads to a server crash as soon as the server doesn't tick for 60 seconds. Here's all information from the crash:

Spigot version: 1.8.8
Plugin: ProjectKorra Core 1.8.0 beta 6

ye i said pls dont tell my mum cause my mum is a java program and if she saw my grade she would throw a integeroverflow at me and im not good at catching.

Thank you for your wonderful work on this plugin so far! It's purely amazing.

The crash log there is just spigot shutting down since it stopped responding for so long. Sadly, those never really tell us anything.

We'll look into the issue though. Thanks.

If you could get us a /b debug and a timings report from when the lag happens, that would help
