Fixed People have to be opped to use fireblast...

So me and some friends where messing around and we found that you must be oped to use fireblast, i put in - bending.ability.fireblast but it still doesn't work..

You need to have worldguard to enable firebending! do this command /region flag __global__ lighter allow ***Remember it is two underscores on both sides for global***

What version of worldguard and worldedit are you useing?
