I was told to start a new thread for this but how do I change the practical effects for air the default is pretty bland and I have asked people on servers and they said they use project korra and I assumed they changed it since mine is different

What version of ProjectKorra are you using? And you can change it in the config from the white particles to: smoke (default), blacksmoke or spell.
NOTE: The new particles are only in the Dev builds,not 1.2.0.
