New Water move: Ice Slates

move:Ice Slates
controls:hold shift until ice comes up from any water bendable block
then keep holding shift and left click at a target which sends a slate made of a snow layer
can,makes 5 ice slates per ice block does 1 hearts per slate
cool down:15 seconds
knock back:1 block
range: 10 blocks

1-thick snow could look really good for this. I wouldn't add at as it's own move, but making it a combo using ice spike and ice blast/water manipulation would make for a very natural feeling combo in my opinion

I think the name ice slate is rather stupidos. There are plenty of other names for it. And equivalents of this have been suggested before. With better names. I think that the slates should do less damage or shoot 3 instead of 5. Maybe half a heart with 5 slates, and I also think this move could use some more range. We don't really need a icebullet clone.
