Which element is this ability for?: Water
Ability Name (Passive abilities do not need names):RazorRings
Damage (If applicable -- passive abilities tend to not do damage): It would do 3 or 4 hearts.
Area of Effect / Distance (If applicable): The distance this move could travel would be 20 blocks in the direction the Water Bender launches. This move can be redirected launched by the bender. This move should be charged because it does a lot of damage

Reason this should be added: Although water has a good array of attacks this should be added because earth has gotten a lot of new stuff so it only seems fair that water gets at least one new move. example:

Area of Effect / Distance (If applicable): The distance this move could travel would be 210 blocks in the direction the fire bender fires. This move can not be redirected launched by the bender. This move should be charged because it does a lot of damage and blocks on coming attacks

Reason this should be added: Fire has been lacking many defense abilities and this one combines brute strength and a great defense. example:
