Need Help finding permissions

So I was on the wikki page looking at permissions for the plugin and I could not find what I was looking for. I am tying to find a way to make it so if a player chooses a element they do not get all the abilities. I could only find ways to give a person all the abilities not some or even just one. is there a way to do this? If so can some one tell me where to find the individual permissions? thank you

Each ability is

bending.ability.ABILITYNAME

Example:

bending.ability.WaterManipulation

You can negate these respectively with your permissions plugin.
