Name: MuscularStrike
Skill: Chi Blocking
Type: Offensive&Defensive
Purpose/Function: This would deal the same damage of a default QuickStrike settings. There would be a 25% chance for this move to paralysis someones upper-limbs when punched at, unallowing the target to use left click moves. Another 25% chance will paralysis the targets legs/feet, unallowing to use sneak or charging moves that requires to use crouch. Finally, 7% chance will cause the failure of this ability, that won't deal any damage, nor cause the lost of body movement when punched at the target. This would go better as a replacement of a chi move called "Paralysis", as it is pretty much op agaisnt benders, due to once hit, you can bail out of it and you're left praying for the god to not allow chi blocker to spam rapidpunch on you and have mercy
Canon:
(0:30-0:36) In a fight where sokka was chi block by ty lee for the first time. Even to, he was not even a bender to be known and that wiki states that this effect is only applied on non-benders, we can theories that this effect could be performed on the benders to cause the same effect. We know that benders must use their limbs to bent, and if their limbs don't function they can't pretty much bend. We can also note that in a battle scene, with the first ecounter Katara being chi blocked by Ty Lee, we seen that her bending was blocked after the moment Ty Lee hit her pressure points on both of her arms (1:30-1:33). This means, that if she were to hit her only one arm, her tactic wouldn't be that effective as Katara would use her second arm that was not touched to bend water, because Katara didn't stop bending/levitating after her second arm was hitted while distracted by the pain on her first tapped arm. This proves that chi blockers can actually paralyse few limbs on their feos, unallowing them to perform bending moves.
