Element: Metal
Move Name: MetalBlock
Need: You use the equivalent of 9 iron ingots, such as an anvil, 9 iron ingots, an iron block, etc.
Shift Use: This move is like surge/earthsmash shift, but only with one block blocking. Afterwards the iron block will come back into your inventory after you release shift.
Click Use: Effectively just shooting an iron block similar to watermanipulation from a bottle, and the iron block still comes back.
Return: If you move to another slot by the time the metalblock returns, you get it as an iron block. If you don't, it returns as the item it was.

You can already place iron blocks and fire them for 1.5 (default) times damage with earthBlast. We all know that aside from metalClips, we're probably not going to see Earth bending from your inventory in such a way. It would be nice for there to be a damaging version of metalclips to use against players.

Well, The shift function? This seems to be a pretty versatile move for earthbenders, and very good for defense thanks to iron's resistance to explosions.
