Metal Shock/Lightning Strike Metal

If for some reason a person/bender was on a metal block, (Iron for example) if a firebender was to shoot lightning based moves at the block, anyone touching it would be shocked. It would be like water except if the victim is wearing leather boots, the lightning damage would be null.​
