Useful, when you need to defend from another chi blocker and close rage element attacks, such as (not limited to) suffocate and octopusform. This will ability will deal through a punch.
Can't find the gif, but there is a since where Ty lee's blow causes Sokka to start sliding on a wooden scaffold (knockback dealt). Perhaps kinetic damage should be collaborated with this feature. Also, perhaps the user must hit target's feet for this move to work effectively?
