Maps of kingdoms, temples or etc.

Hey guys,
I know maybe this project is only for plugins, but what if we started to build maps of kingdoms, temples, cities? People could download maps and get it in their servers, so there could be 4 nations (factions) and they could play war, do some like political things, nations trade with their allies and other by having their own kingdom. And maybe even creating map as same as in the Legend of Korra world. I know one project and it's called westeros craft. But we could do it by ourselves. So what do you think? Is it very hard, and will it need much money?

there is a project called world of avatar i think, you could just use that!

they are creating the most of the citys from what ive seen ;) look it up :3
 
There are quite a few servers that have a custom avatar map, and they don't want to give it out. They have factions for each nation/clan, then they just role play everything out!(So you have to find the server to play on them)
 
Im One of them ^^ but still building it up XD i have the secret library as spawn ;) but grab some builders and watch the serie and just build mate! ^^
 
I don't know, I kind of like the idea of creating a creative library for people to use if they don't have large servers or just can't find builders. I'm not a great builder but I think I can manage a couple of the locations. c:
 
If anyone wants to post one of these big maps I personally think it would be a great post in General Discussion
 
ya we can add like air temples and earth kingdoms and ice houses in snow places and maybe fire houses in the nether. dont really know.
 
I am working on a map with some friends. But we are not going to make it exactly as the world where Korra and Aang lived in. When we are done with our first piece of the map, I will upload some screenshots.
 
Well on my bending server we are making a replica of the last airbender map I might post a download when it's done
