Denied Make Waterspout wave useable with bottlebending?

Hello,
I was wondering if it could be possible to
make waterspout wave bottlebendable.
if it isn't a popular option could it be off
by default but toggle-able via the config?

could it at least be a config option???
no two bending servers are the same
and some servers might like it bottlebendable

NOTE: if you change the code to be like this:
if waterspout being used:
disable waterspoutwave

it wouldnt clash

A bottle is about enough water for your hand, and a spout requires a vast amount of water, so this doesn't really add up. Denied
