Make the Avatar State OP

Hello! I am currently developing a AvatarRP server, and want to make the Avatar OP. I managed to make some abilities in the PK config pretty op, but there are not all abilities and I would like to change radius, range etc. So I would need a plugin to edit these things, because I haven't developed the skill to programm in Java.

For this to happen, you'll likely need to find someone who is well versed with ProjectKorra API and is able to alter the core code. If you do this, you'll be missing out on any core updates because you'll be creating a separate fork of the project. Whoever you get to do this for you, will also have to personally handle plugin updates. For that reason, I doubt you'll find someone to do this for you.
