Looking for CraftBukkit to run this plugin

I have been playing this plugin on different servers and I want to make my own. If you can find A Bukkit alternative that works for this plugin please reply to me. It also has to be runnable on my Mac book pro (16 Gigs)

Bukkit is pretty much dead is only being updated by Spigot right now. http://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/spigot-installation/
