Lavamote: shockwave (tap shift) shockwave (tap shift) lavaflow (hold shift) shockwave (charge and let go). This combo will let go a small shockwave with purely knock back except for a 3x3 area around you (this areas for your team mates to be safe in), this shock wave will continue to expand until it reaches 5 block from the centre of the wave where it makes a ring of lava 4 block in diameter (if the knock back is good enough it should launch entities across the mote.

How the combo is activated doesn't make much sense because it doesn't require earth bending (block bending) because it's Lavabending.
I believe there's a Lavabending combo that does what you're describing and I don't believe it should be in the Core, and for that I'm going to deny.
