Permissions will always be the same regardless of which permission plugin you use. So it's not exactly for PermissionsEx, that's just what you're using to apply and distribute permissions to players.
Permissions in JedCore should be similar in format to ProjectKorra. I can't recall if Pk permissions start out as bending.ability or bending.element... I know ElementSphere has multiple permissions though, one for each sub-ability. Surely someone else can help you out with the format.
