Bassicly im trying to get elementsphere to work on my server it has towny idk if that effects it but there is some moves that dont work.
The plugins i think may be the issue are: Worldguard and Towny
Idk what the allow or deny is for worldguard to get these moves to work

Your region plugins would only affect your abilities if you were trying to use them inside of someones claimed land. If they're still not working outside of a claimed region, it could be a version incompatibility issue, config issue, or simply an issue residing in the code of these abilities. We'll need more information in order to help you.

When u try and bend with some moves like element sphere fireblast or other stuff outside of a towny claim it doesnt work idk if this has to do with worldguard but some of the moves dont work
