Iceshater: left click on an ice block and shift to raise a 2 tall 1 wide column that will float over your head until you left click again to send out 8 random ice shards (5 second cold down and move slower than usual).

This doesn't seem cannon, balanced or useful because it has a random effect. I'm going to deny.
