IceBlast is glitched

I am on 1.11.2 version and I am using Spigot and the iceblast wont work. I am using 1.8.2 version on PK. Even in OP I still can't use it. Can anyone help

Does it not work with PhaseChange ice, or all ice (naturally spawned ice). I believe this is an issue with TempBlocks.

Are there any errors in the console when you try to use the ability? Also confirm the user has permission to icebending, and their bending isn't toggled.

Even using op, I still can't use IceBlast. So, there was no errors when I used it. Umm, and when I had icebending when opped, it still did not work.

Well if he can't use it on normal ice then the issue would root further than that.
