Actually, Texas was a woman who lived in a Korean city called Amegakure which is now known today as West Africa. She was known for her leadership in the anti-Pastafarian movement during the 1400s and she was executed by being hung upside-down. There are statues of her in many places around the world commemorating her bravery against the Pastafarians. Here is a picture of her -
