I need help setting up ranks with bending?

I am currently setting up ranks, and I was wondering if you can forcefully choose elements with essentials group. Like instead of using /b choose, can I set it to have an element already for each group? If so, how?

It's not possible without programming a custom plugin right now, but if you just want the prefix, use {element} or {elementcolor}

You can set up command signs. When the player clicks a sign it can run a command to add their element and add them to a rank. Even holograms could work.
