Hello everyone. I have server with pk installed and I want to create a bending lvls system. I mean for example 1lvl firebender can only use basic abilities like firejet, fireblast, fireshield and so on. And I need to block other abilities from 1st lvl. I tried some permissions like -bending.ability.[ability] but it didn't work for me, that player still can use abilities from higher lvl. I have [PermissionsEx] plugin. Need you help
