This is a simple suggestion that would turn every water move into an ice type, replacing every water block with ice as seen in Unalaq VS Tonraq battle scene and well a bit all over the place.
Frozen(whatever name) would allow all abilities to deal slightly more damage and be frozen temporarily.
Example:
Frozen (Water Combo)
Capable waterbenders are able to fully grasp the flow of ice, bringing more destruction to their arsenal.
Repeating the combo will turn abilities to normal.
Usage:
Phasechange (Tap Shift x3) -> Phasechange (Click)
Duration : 20 Seconds
Cooldown(On Usage, not after it ends) : 20 Seconds
What wouldn't be affected : Surge wall, waterspout, waterwave(combo already exists), octopusform, waterarms.
Icespikes could stay while used on the combo.
