Fixed free fly

This is rather common to get the "Fly Glitch" while fighting an airbender, this bug is easily activated if an airbenders swipes at the very top of a waterspout, enabling the waterbender's fly. Please follow the bug format when reporting bugs:

bug is obtained when you use the command /b reload if a mage for example water use WaterSpout
