Fireblitz: hold shift to start spinning around spraying fire in a spiralling whip causing a large swirl pattern on the ground in fire with gaps in between the lines (this ability has a 10 second cool down).

A move that ignites and spreads fire in an area around yourself already exists called FireBurst so I don't think this is useful. Going to deny.
