Looking Into Firebenders

Ok so I suggest that at higher altitudes where oxygen is scarce, fire benders firebending should be weaker due to the lack of oxygen. Sorry for the debuff on firebending, but it's logical and more realistic. Burn damages would still be the same.

I moved the thread to RPG. I'm leaning toward a Denied, but would like more discussion on it to be honest. To my knowledge, this was never done in either series and in my honest opinion it seems like an unnecessary nerf.

i guess you could do it based on how high the player is, as the higher the point in the world, the thinner the oxygen

Well I thought is was logical because the higher altitude you are at, the harder it would be to produce a flame. For reasons such as high wind speeds and lack of oxygen. I can see why you would deny it.

Yea that's why I suggested it. Thought it would make it a little more realistic. I don't oftenly use firebending but it would seem at higher altitudes they would have the advantage against water and earthbenders. Not that many sources as you go higher. Airbending would still dominate at higher altitudes because that is where it is most natural.

If anything the thin air would make it harder to airbend ._.

No there is plenty air, it is the thin amount of oxygen that would make firebending hard.
