Fixed Fire Bending Bug

Hello
I just updated to the newest version of project korra,
As soon as i updated it most of the fire moves werent working
The only ones that worked were, Heat Control And Firejet,
I Run Spigot 1.7.9

I did /bending Debug And this is what i got
