i used every permission but it doesnt work when i give full perm it works help me please

Umm no, its not a jedcore permission, its a passive, so you wouldn't be able to bind it if thats what you were trying to accomplish

Well they said it worked when someone has "full perms" (not sure that that means, maybe OP?) so I assume they know how to use it.

bending.ability.FerroControl is the permission. As others said, it's a passive ability - so you cannot bind it.
