Fixed Errors on startup

Since I'm not sure what version this is being released for, these errors are most likely due to version incompatibility. I'm on Spigot 1.7.9

Plugin seems half loaded. Commands and help are viewable, but internal errors are encountered when attempting to use or bind moves.

Go to the newest Dev Build, fixes all startup issues! The Dev Build and changelogs can be found here: http://projectkorra.wikia.com/wiki/ProjectKorra_(Core)#Downloads
