I uploaded a move 10 hours ago that lets you scale walls. It is still awaiting approval.

yes and now i tried in gm 0 and i couldnt grab them so nvm

Creative is a bit buggy with canceling inventory click events. Besides, why would you need earth skate in creative when you have fly. That and, if you're in creative, why does it matter if you grab the boots. You have infinite boots from creative inventory.
