Fixed Earthblast/watermanipulation doesn't follow your cruser when you click?

  • Which plugin you are using Core
  • Which version of the plugin you are using (Can be found with /bending version) 10
  • Where the bug exists (Is it in an ability, a command, etc) waterman/earthblast doesn't follow the curser
  • A detailed description of the bug you found. While in the old version it would follow your cursor while now it just acts like fireblast
  • What should be happening instead it should follow your cursor

    (Not 100% this is a bug, but it makes water/earth worse and it was in the other plugin)
