Fixed Earth Passive on New Stones in 1.8

Well as the titel says, when the earth passive starts on Polished Diorite, it turns into sand but then back into normal stone... im pretty sure thats a bug...

Yeah, it's likely a result of all the new and polished stone blocks being the same data value as stone. That's a dumb design I:
