They could just void EULA, it's pretty simple.

EULA says you can't sell items that make it so you have items that affect game-play, like extra elements.

show me in the actual eula where it says that. you can find it within the eula.txt file.

Honestly i think that EULA is a bit un fair in a way,
Because they say buying more things than the other user isn't fair, when it's their money they spent to get that.
