Where do I disable dynamic sourcing in the config?

Well I guess no one knows but does anyone know which version has an option to disable it in the config? I've seen people use v1.6 but can't find it in config.

I think it was before the release of 1.8.0 betas and stable. Devs actually mistakenly removed it, but they do have plans in returning that option, though it might take a while as it ain't easy to do that (according to one of the devs).
