Re-enabled JedCore disabling

Re enabled the "forcefully" disabling of JedCore's AirPunch, when set so in the config, because it was apperantly allowed.

When someone install this ability, while JedCore's AirPunch is disabled, it will be disabled if set so in the config. When this ability is removed, it will be set to true again.
