Actually by Latest.log he means your server log not your Error.log. The server log should work as normal and you should be able to find it in your current server folder > logs > latest.log

Yes, indeed, indications of death are not really working. Please fix.
Error.log, Spigot version, Pk version, did you configure it correctly?

What described TheWaterSpirit occurs on each server. You can see very clearly, when you kill a player IceBlast message about the death is not shown. I think you need to read the post knitted. Since I play on different servers, and I know that it does not really work.
I cannot help if I do not have the information we have asked for. None of us can.
