Please tell us about an instance in which you had to work in a team setting and compromise for the greater good of the project. What was the result? What did you learn?
The server in which I run (Running PK aswell), I must work well with my staff team to build the best possible bending experience, it came out great, many players, I learned to listen to details and suggestions.

I'm decent with permissions for any permissions plugin, I'm a good tester for things such as this, and I'm extremely creative, and open minded.
