This would be a new Bending Item. It would look like lapis lazuli, and when held, you slowly gain blue dyed armor and slowness. This would also be cartable by placing 8 lapis in a circle, like making a chest, but with the lapis.

We seen Bumi taking a snack from it and by the wiki's claim that this material "is made of rock candy", it should definitely fulfill one's hunger on at least half a drumstick.
