In PK Core 1.6.0 BETA 4 whenever I change something in the config files and then run the server the configs get reset to the defaults there a fix for this?

um i had kinda the same problem 
each time you add a new ability from the community or config something wrong (somthing that config wont agree on) the config restarts, also you need to make shure the server have restared after you have fixed the config :s or else it will restart aswell or dont change
