Fixed Combos in Beta 12

I'm using Project Korra 1.7.0 beta 12. I've deleted all my plugins/add-ons and everything and I'm only using the default build of Project Korra. My combos have not been working at all no matter what I try, I believe this is a bug. What is the cause of this? If you know how to fix this please leave a net below.
