Color Schemes for Water

Hello all, pfm2001 here.

As we all know, Water is, by default, colored with &b and special moves are colored with &3, but I see that as a problem. Most of the special moves are in fact Ice moves, and I think Ice should have &b, and regular Water should have &3. Feel free to discuss below
