1. A chi blocker should be more vulnerable to damage while rapidpunching, but only if they take the damage from a source other then the target, and for rapidpunch to continue maybe it should require the player to actually keep punching for the duration of rapidpunch instead of being able to switch to another slot.
2. Highjump is damaging, and ineffective. You just shouldn't be able to take damage from falling from highjump, unless something interrupts your fall such as damage.
3. WarriorStance should reduce attacks from physical attacks, and increase the damage, but also give slowness from using a wider stance, because lets face it, Acrobatic stance is for getting to someone, and warrior stance is for killing them.
4. Smokescreen should last for like 10 seconds and blind everyone that is inside a ring(oval? circle?) of smoke, and anyone that gets out of that circle has blindness afterwards for two seconds. Also, maybe the smoke could irritate eyes at the start of it, so if the actual smoke bomb hits someone they should get 3 seconds of nausea. Also, the ring should be able to be dispersed by airbenders.
