Denied Chi Block Mobs Configurable

Since you can bloodbend zombies, why not allow chi blockers to chi block as well? Like humans, they do have muscles and pressure points as their atonomy isn't that different from us.

Also, configurable: what species/monsters/animals a chi blocker's chi blocking could have effect on.

On the other hand while they do have pressure points and muscles, a chi blocker requires extensive knowledge of them for their blocking to be effective, thats why it wouldn't work. On the other hand with bloodbending you don't need to know where the veins are you just need to feel the blood inside of the being similar to how earthbenders can feel the inpure earth inside metal.
