Bug Report Chat is off, but wont go away

• Which plugin you are using: ProjectKorra V1.5.1 on spigot 1.8
• Which version of the plugin you are using (Can be found with /bending version): V1.5.1
• Where the bug exists (Is it in an ability, a command, etc): whenever you talk
• A detailed description of the bug you found.: when you talk, it says <[BENDING] NAME> TEXT then under that it shows the real text (which is [Admin] falloutfan101> WORDS) even though in the config i disabled the bending text option
• What should be happening instead: the first line of text should not appear

nevermind, i have been messing around with it, and to test, i removed the projectkorra plugin, and it still is there, but it just says <falloutfan101> WORDS above the real text instead of [BENDING] NAME>WORDS
