Denied Charge

A move for lightning benders, hold shift to charge for 2 seconds. After 2 seconds you can discharge shooting lightning in random directions from your charachter by releasing shift

Discharge would shoot 4-7 lightningbolts in random directions. Does not chain but splits 1 time, radius is 10.

Charge would give Slowness IV for 1.5 seconds on hit and would deal 2 hearts

Charge's lightning spreads less then the move Lightning

I'm not sure why one would want an ability that shoots randomly when there is already one that shoots an accurate bolt. The slowness effect also doesn't make much sense to me.
