Cauterize - Cauterization of wounds

Description: When you take damage, you can cauterize your wound, dealing fire
damage to yourself but gaining a regeneration effect. If you take damage while
using it, you will take damage, the ability will be interrupted. You can cauterize
the wounds of players and mobs.
